Yes, with a single contact. For groups over 50, we arrange the rest of the apartments nearby if needed.
How much does it cost?
From €30 + VAT per night (studio) for stays of at least 3 months. Shorter stays and larger apartments are priced separately — request a quote.
What's included in the price?
A furnished apartment (own kitchen and bathroom), wifi, bed linen and towels, a shared laundry room and parking, and light final cleaning.
How is payment made?
By payment link, bank transfer or e-invoice.
How does check-in work?
You get a door code in advance — no key pickup and no handover times. Arrive whenever suits you.
What is the minimum stay?
Case by case. You can ask for a short stay for the same day or week; otherwise stays are usually longer.
How many people fit in an apartment?
Apartments from studios to three-room flats, each with its own kitchen and bathroom.
Is there wifi, laundry and parking?
Yes — free wifi, a shared laundry room (two machines and a dryer) and free parking.
Is smoking or are pets allowed?
Smoking indoors is not allowed, but there is a smoking spot in the yard. Pets are not allowed.
Where is Korpela located?
Savontie 9, Varkaus — next to the main gate of Stora Enso (100–200 m), 1.3 km to the centre and 13 km (about 17 min) to Riikinvoima.
How fast do I get confirmation?
The booking confirmation comes right after booking. We usually answer questions within an hour.
Can I extend, and what is the cancellation policy?
You can extend the stay if there is availability. Cancellation under the agreement at least 7 days before the start of the stay (see booking terms).
