Tietosuojaseloste
Rekisterinpitäjällä on tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukaan velvollisuus informoida selkeällä tavalla rekisteröityjä. Tämä seloste täyttää informointivelvoitteen.

Asiakkaat ja potentiaaliset asiakkaat.
3. Rekisterin pitämisen peruste ja käyttötarkoitus
Peruste: Henkilötietoja käsitellään rekisteröidyn asiakassuhteen perusteella.
Käyttötarkoitus: Henkilötietoja käsitellään vain ennalta määriteltyihin tarkoituksiin, jotka ovat:
- asiakassuhteen hoitaminen
- palveluistamme kertominen
4. Rekisteriin tallennettavat henkilötiedot
Asiakasrekisteri sisältää seuraavat yhteystiedot:
- nimi
- osoite
- sähköposti
- puhelinnumero
- laskutustiedot
5. Rekisteröidyn oikeudet
Rekisteröidyllä on seuraavat oikeudet, joiden käyttämistä koskevat pyynnöt tulee tehdä osoitteeseen info@vuokrakaista.com.
- Tarkastusoikeus
- Rekisteröity voi tarkistaa tallentamamme henkilötiedot.
- Oikeus tietojen oikaisemiseen
- Rekisteröity voi pyytää oikaisemaan häntä koskevat virheelliset tai puutteelliset tiedot.
- Vastustamisoikeus
- Rekisteröity voi vastustaa henkilötietojen käsittelyä, mikäli kokee, että tietoja on käsitelty lainvastaisesti.
- Suoramarkkinointikielto
- Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus kieltää tietojen käyttäminen suoramarkkinointiin.
- Poisto-oikeus
- Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus pyytää tietojen poistamista, jos käsittely ei ole tarpeen. Käsittelemme poistopyynnön, jonka jälkeen joko poistamme tiedot tai ilmoitamme perustellun syyn, miksi tietoja ei voida poistaa. Rekisterinpitäjällä voi olla lakisääteinen velvollisuus säilyttää tietoja, esimerkiksi kirjanpitoaineisto kirjanpitolain (luku 2, 10 §) mukaisesti 10 vuotta.
- Suostumuksen peruuttaminen
- Jos käsittely perustuu ainoastaan suostumukseen, rekisteröity voi peruuttaa suostumuksen.
- Käsittelyn rajoittaminen
- Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus vaatia, että rajoitamme kiistanalaisten tietojen käsittelyä, kunnes asia saadaan ratkaistua.
- Valitusoikeus
- Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tehdä valitus tietosuojavaltuutetulle, jos hän kokee, että henkilötietojen käsittelyssä rikotaan voimassa olevaa tietosuojalainsäädäntöä. Yhteystiedot: tietosuoja.fi.
6. Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet
Kyseessä on yksityisesti pidettävä asiakasrekisteri. Tiedot on saatu joko asiakkaalta itseltään tai haettu internetistä (yritysten julkiset tiedot). Asiakkaitamme ovat ensisijaisesti yritykset. Myynti hakee uusia asiakkaita internetistä; käytössä ei ole automaattista asiakkaiden etsintäohjelmaa. Asiakastiedot saadaan säännönmukaisesti:
- asiakkaalta itseltään asiakassuhteen syntyessä
- asiakkaalta itseltään verkkolomakkeen kautta
7. Säännönmukaiset tietojen luovutukset
Tietoja ei pääsääntöisesti luovuteta markkinointitarkoituksiin yrityksen ulkopuolelle.
8. Käsittelyn kesto
Henkilötietoja käsitellään pääsääntöisesti niin kauan kuin asiakkuus on voimassa.
9. Henkilötietojen käsittelijät
Henkilötietoja käsittelevät rekisterinpitäjä ja sen työntekijät. Voimme myös ulkoistaa henkilötietojen käsittelyn osittain kolmannelle osapuolelle, jolloin takaamme sopimusjärjestelyin, että henkilötietoja käsitellään voimassa olevan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti ja muutoin asianmukaisesti.
10. Tietojen siirto EU:n ulkopuolelle
Henkilötietoja ei siirretä EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle.
11. Automaattinen päätöksenteko ja profilointi
Emme käytä tietoja automaattiseen päätöksentekoon tai profilointiin.

3. Basis and purpose of processing
Basis: Personal data is processed on the basis of the customer relationship.
Purpose: Personal data is processed only for the following predefined purposes:
- managing the customer relationship
- informing customers about our services
4. Personal data stored
The customer register contains the following contact details:
- name
- address
- phone number
- billing details
5. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the following rights. Requests to exercise them should be sent to info@vuokrakaista.com.
- Right of access
- The data subject may review the personal data we have stored.
- Right to rectification
- The data subject may request correction of incorrect or incomplete data concerning them.
- Right to object
- The data subject may object to processing if they believe the data has been processed unlawfully.
- Prohibition of direct marketing
- The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing.
- Right to erasure
- The data subject may request deletion of their data if processing is no longer necessary. We will process the request and either delete the data or state a justified reason why it cannot be deleted. The controller may have a statutory obligation to retain data — for example, accounting records must be kept for 10 years under the Finnish Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10).
- Withdrawal of consent
- If processing is based solely on consent, the data subject may withdraw that consent.
- Restriction of processing
- The data subject has the right to require that we restrict the processing of disputed data until the matter is resolved.
- Right to lodge a complaint
- The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if they believe we are processing personal data in breach of applicable data protection law. Contact details: tietosuoja.fi.
6. Regular sources of data
This is a privately held customer register. Data is obtained either from the customer themselves or from the internet (companies' publicly available information). Our customers are primarily companies. Sales finds new customers online; no automated customer-search tool is used. Customer data is regularly obtained:
- from the customer themselves when the customer relationship begins
- from the customer themselves via a web form
7. Regular disclosures of data
As a rule, data is not disclosed for marketing purposes outside the company.
8. Duration of processing
As a rule, personal data is processed for as long as the customer relationship is active.
9. Processors of personal data
Personal data is processed by the controller and its employees. We may also partly outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we ensure by contractual arrangements that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law and otherwise appropriately.
10. Transfer of data outside the EU
Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
11. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
